We are in a time where producing content and value to customers online is at an all time high. Every business has the same opportunity to market to their Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram and LinkedIn followers every day … all day.
While this is an incredible opportunity to be seen in front of (potential) customers at no or relatively low cost, it can be challenging to keep up with the content demands of consistently delivering value without spending all your time creating new content.
In establishing and growing customer relationships, think give, give, get. Give twice as much value before you promote your product or service or people tend to tune out.
One easy way to do this is through making people feel good. If you want to *connect* with your customers, you need to make them feel something about you and your brand. Something good, warm, inspiring and authentic to your business and what their needs are.
Here are a few ways you can do this on your own for free. Here are 2 of my favorite online resources for creating your own graphics.
Pic Monkey
Canva
This gives you or someone on your team the opportunity to create a simple image using your brand’s colors. The template is visually laid out for you already so you just have to write in your quote, question or phrase.
Here are some examples. Feel free to copy and use although you should really create one’s with your website URL on the bottom as a Call To Action.
