What does your business offer?
It’s an affordable, customizable and personalized way to express what you love in life. Everything from The standard bling to sharing every passion you have my collection is for women men kids and even dog collars for the family pet.

How has PR and Marketing helped your business?
I’ve been very fortunate to have some media coverage but it is short-lived.

What’s your greatest success to date?
I’m 16 and I was on shark tank with my brother. I’ve been on the view with Rosie O’Donnell. I’m in another competition with the Jacksonville jaguars in the web.com. In less than two years I’ve created a healthy six-figure company from the $500 our parents gave us.

What’s been challenging and how did you overcome it?
My age. Being 16 my company is often thought of as just a kid company and I must make this stuff in my bedroom. Where I’m actually in more than 350 stores, moving to the theme parks, and offer something for everyone at a price that anyone can afford. It’s not just a jewelry company it’s a family company that allows each person to be the designer of what they choose to wear.

I’m still working on it. Every day I try to work to grow my company and to prove that we are truly a business that is not just trendy but a tradition that will be around for years to come.

What steps are you taking to achieve your goals?
Trying to get as much attention as possible, to give an inch of any opportunities such as media that comes along, doing tons of tradeshows and that is why I’m now home schooled due to my travel schedule.

What are your best tips on managing family and business?
I’m not a mom but I have one. I travel a lot and even though I’m 16 and seem to get along much better with adults so even though we may be at tradeshows I’m still having a great time meeting new people. Stay Focus on what you want and it really doesn’t seem like work. It doesn’t always have to be a choice it’s just have fun doing it all. For example we love to do tradeshows on places that we want to travel as a family so that’s exactly what we do. blend work and business together. Coming from a teenager it’s really OK to get your kids involved and expect them to be part of the business or be aware of it.
